ABOUT

We are a family owned and operated food truck and catering business located just outside of Colfax, Eau Claire, and Chippewa Falls. While catering runs year-round, the food truck operates April thru October and all throughout the Chippewa Valley and surrounding areas. 

On the truck we offer Pulled Pork, Chicken and Beef sandwiches, Burnt Ends, Ribs and Rib Tips with traditional sides of baked beans, coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, and Baked Potato. A good way to try everything on the truck is with Loaded Nachos, Loaded Potato, Loaded Burrito, or Loaded Mac & Cheese.    Can't decide? No worries, we also have a sample box!
